Momelio creates personalized songs and artwork from the stories customers share with us. These policies are written to be simple, fair, and clear so you know what to expect before you order.

Who we are

Momelio is operated from Florida, USA. For support, email support@momelio.com. We read every message personally and typically respond within 1-2 business days.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Personalized products

Custom songs and personalized banners are made specifically for each customer. Please review names, spellings, dates, and story details carefully before checkout or approval. The details you provide guide the final product.

Digital song delivery

Custom songs are digital personalized products. Most songs are delivered through your private My Moment page in minutes after checkout. Some songs may take longer if a provider is delayed, a generation needs to be retried, or extra review is needed.

Banner delivery

Personalized banners are made to order and ship separately from digital songs. Estimated delivery timing is shown during checkout when available. If a banner shipment is delayed beyond the promised timing, we will communicate with you and provide available options.

Song refunds

Before production begins, cancellation may be possible. After production begins, custom songs are generally non-refundable because they are personalized digital products. If we make a meaningful mistake, we will work to fix it.

Banner refunds and replacements

If your banner arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or we made a production mistake, contact us with your order information and clear photos. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, replace the banner or provide another fair resolution.

Customer typos and changes of mind

Because every banner is made just for you, we generally cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer-approved personalization errors, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or changes of mind after production begins.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows a package may be lost or unusually delayed, contact us. We will investigate the shipment and work toward a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Returns

Personalized printed products generally do not need to be returned for damage or defect claims. Photo evidence is usually enough for review. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse on custom-made products.

Privacy

We collect information needed to create, deliver, and support your order, such as your name, email address, story details, product choices, and order details. Payment information is handled through Shopify checkout and payment processors; we do not directly store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use customer information to create your song or artwork, process orders, provide support, send order updates, prevent fraud, improve Momelio, and send marketing emails if you choose to receive them. We do not sell personal information.

Information retention

We keep order and creative information as long as reasonably needed to provide customer access, support orders, maintain business records, improve the service, and meet legal or tax obligations. You can contact us to ask about your information.

Cookies and analytics

Our website and Shopify checkout may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember preferences, understand site activity, support checkout, and improve the customer experience.

AI-assisted creative tools

We use modern digital creative tools to help transform your story into personalized songs and artwork. Technology helps us create quickly, but the heart of every order is the story, people, and memories you share.

Customer content

By submitting a story, name, photo, instruction, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for a custom product. You are responsible for the information and requests you provide.

Copyright and protected content

Feel free to tell us what inspires you. We use your ideas as creative inspiration to make something original and personalized. We cannot recreate copyrighted characters, copy lyrics, use protected artwork, or closely imitate a specific artist, celebrity, brand, or trademark. If a request cannot be fulfilled responsibly, we may revise, refuse, or cancel it.

Content we cannot create

Momelio cannot create hateful content, explicit sexual content, illegal content, fraudulent or misleading content, content that invades someone else's privacy, or content that infringes another person's or company's rights.

Intellectual property

Momelio owns its website, branding, software, and business materials. You keep the personal story and details you provide. When we complete a custom song or artwork for you, you may use and enjoy that finished product for personal, gift, and sharing purposes.

Service limitations

We work hard to create meaningful personalized gifts, but we cannot promise perfection, uninterrupted website access, exact delivery dates outside our control, or that every creative request can be fulfilled exactly as described.

Changes to these policies

We may update these policies as Momelio grows. The latest version will be posted on this page.

Florida law

These policies are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, except where another law applies and cannot be waived.
