Preview before checkout
You can preview the first verse before purchasing. After checkout, you will see the full song lyrics and can revise them until you are happy before the song goes to production.
Download and share
After checkout, your finished song appears on your private My Moment page for listening, downloading, and sharing.
How long does a song take?
Songs are usually created in minutes. If something needs extra processing or review, the My Moment page will show progress.
Are the songs personalized?
Yes. Each song is built from the story details you provide, including people, occasions, memories, tone, and style preferences.
Can I request a specific style?
Yes. You can describe a genre, mood, voice, tempo, or inspiration. We will get as close as possible while creating an original song.
How are banners different from songs?
Songs are digital and usually delivered quickly. Banners are physical printed products, so production and shipping take longer.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancellation may be possible before production begins. After a custom song or banner enters production, it is generally non-refundable because it is made specifically for you.
Can I get revisions?
If we made a meaningful mistake, we will work to fix it. For creative preference changes, availability may depend on where the order is in production.
What happens if my banner arrives damaged?
Email us with your order information and clear photos. If the product was damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly, we will review it and work toward a replacement or another fair resolution.
Do you use AI?
Yes. We use modern digital creative tools to help transform your story into personalized songs and artwork. The story still comes from you, and the goal is a meaningful original gift.
Can I use copyrighted characters or famous lyrics?
Absolutely! Feel free to tell us what inspires you. We use your ideas as creative inspiration to make something original and personalized. We can't recreate copyrighted characters, copy lyrics, protected artwork, or closely imitate a specific artist or brand, but we'll capture the spirit of what you love in a way that's uniquely yours.
How fast do you respond to support messages?
We read every message personally and typically respond within 1-2 business days.
